“Cozy charm!”

“Staff was very nice; clean room and bathroom. The only thing we didn't like: no fridge inside the room.”

“We chose this property for its proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park, relying on the Expedia listing that promised A/C and a washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the house was very hot upon arrival, and the washer was broken. We had two main issues: Broken Washer: The washer was the primary reason we rented a house instead of a hotel. The owner later revealed a previous guest broke it, and they were unable to fix it. However, they failed to warn us in advance so we could make other laundry……

“The property is beautiful, secluded but close enough to services to easily access stores and food. We loved the view of the stars at night. The house is off-the-grid, but isn't lacking in modern comforts. We did have to go through unpaved roads to reach the property, but it wasn't too bad once we found a good path to get there! The bed was amazing, and everything was spotless. She put extra care into the amenities and ensured we had everything we needed, and thoughtfully left disposable……

“This house was really great.. yes, a few things could be upgraded but it’s very large and quiet. You can drive anywhere within 20 to 30 min. So scenic and beautiful ”

“Well designed and attractively built lodge. Ideal for family and friends get-together.”

“The only issue was the 6+ miles of unpaved roads. Glad we took the vehicle we did because our other car would have shaken apart. Great views...especially at night! Almost no light contamination so could see Venus and Jupiter and the whole sky of stars.”

“Truly a spectacular experience! If you are looking for a peaceful mountain retreat, this is perfect! Alexa has thought of everything a guest would need or want! The kitchen was well-appointed and the bright beautiful living space with incredible picture windows made you feel like you were with the wildlife you have the joy of viewing. Modern amenities in a serene setting made this the getaway we were hoping to enjoy. The Great Sand Dunes weren't too far away. However, we didn't want to……
