  • Precious house with a completely private swimming pool in Costitx.



    The house, very cosy, has two bedrooms, one of them double, located on the ground floor, and another in a mezzanine, which is accessed from the living room, a full bathroom, a spacious and bright living room and a fully equipped American kitchen.



    On the outside of the house, you will find a porch with a table where you can have breakfast or eat in the shade and enjoy the pleasant climate of the island surrounded by nature.



    In the barbecue area, we have a relaxation zone with sun loungers and a private pool for our clients. For the little ones, there is a play area, and for the older ones, a chill-out zone where they can relax while watching the sunset.



    This house is located in Costitx, a charming and peaceful village situated in the heart of Mallorca, ideal for those seeking to disconnect and enjoy the authentic essence of the island. Surrounded by open fields, almond trees and rural landscapes, it offers a serene and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed holiday away from mass tourism.



    Its traditional streets, typical Mallorcan architecture and leisurely pace invite you to immerse yourself in local life, enjoy the local gastronomy and discover charming corners. Additionally, Costitx is known for hosting the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca, a unique place to contemplate the starry sky in a privileged setting.



    Thanks to its central location, it allows you to easily explore the rest of the island, combining the tranquillity of the interior with escapes to nearby beaches, mountains and towns.



    -As you may already know, in some areas there is a mandatory payment tax called ecotax, used by public bodies for environmental preservation. In the Balearic Islands, we must charge this tax to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 will be charged per night and per person.



    -If the booking is made through Homeaway or Booking, a 30% advance payment will be requested. Nevertheless, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.

Grosses Grundstück

Sehr schön grosses Grundstück mit vielen Palmen und Grünpflanzen und Pool! Absolute Privatsphäre, alles in allem sehr schön. Leider hat die Klima nicht funktioniert und das war bei starker Hitze ein bisschen ein Problem.

Lage - Einflugschneise der Flugzeuge

Die Finca und der Garten sind wirklich hübsch und gepflegt. Es fehlten allerdings die Mikrowelle, das Bügelbrett und das Bügeleisen, die angegeben waren. Bei einem 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt nicht so nice. Aber vor allem abends alle 2 min laute Flugzeuge, wie Perlen an einer Kette. Haben nach wenigen Tagen eine andere Finca gebucht und wurden hier in Costitx nicht aus dem Vertrag entlassen, obwohl der große Mangel - der unüberhörbare Fluglärm - oft bis 24.00 Uhr, nicht angegeben worden war. Das könnte eine Täuschung des Mieters sein, oder?

Schöne Bilder, aber die Realität sah anders aus

Wir haben eine Finca für 4 Personen mit 2 Doppelzimmern gesucht und diese Finca angeboten bekommen. Das zweite Zimmer ist leider kein Zimmer, sondern ein Spitzboden mit zwei Matratzen auf dem Boden. Dieser Spitzboden ist nur über eine steile Leiter zu erreichen. Da geht aus der Anzeige leider nicht hervor. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr süß mit zwei schönen überdachten Terrassen. Der Pool wirkt auf den Bildern auch größer und ist in der Realität ca. 4 x 2 Meter groß. Eine Einweisung in die Finca erfolgte leider nicht, so dass wir uns die Besonderheiten dieser Finca bezüglich der Stromversorgung oder der Müllentsorgung selber erfragen mussten. Zweimal fiel der Strom komplett aus. Eine Poolreinigung erfolgte leider während unseres 12 tägigen Aufenthaltes nicht. Lediglich die Poolpumpe wurde angestellt, was wiederum zum Stromausfall geführt hat. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch, doch wurden die blühenden Pflanzen nicht gegossen, so dass sie bei der Abreise nicht mehr so schön aussahen. Bei aufkommenden Problemen waren Juan am Telefon behilflich und Ewa war schnell vor Ort.

Un despropósito de alquiler

Para empezar, llegamos y faltaba la zona de juegos para los niños, cosa que venía en las fotos que creo que ya han quitado. El agua no es potable, cosa que no se dice en ningún momento. Yo me enteré por qué viniendo de la playa un día me encontré un hombre con un camión dentro de la finca sin previo aviso y sin autorización mía. Consecuencias de ellos, mi perro que estaba suelto por la finca se le escapó y para colmo cuando lo coge lo encierra dentro de la vivienda que yo dejé abierta con todas mis pertenencias para que el perro entrara si quería, con el riesgo de que pudiese romper algo por el estrés. La luz va con placas cosa que se dice ya cuando has pagado el total del alojamiento justo antes de llegar a tus vacaciones. La piscina con agua sucia y mal olor. Tiene aire acondicionado pero no se puede usar por qué gasta las baterías, aquí tanto la luz como el agua están limitados. La finca también tiene mala iluminación por la noche y encima en la zona de barbacoa se estropeó la luz y nos vamos con la luz sin arreglar. Se cocina con gas al igual que el agua caliente y como no, el segundo día por la falta de previsión de la agencia me tuve que duchar con agua fría ya que hasta las bombonas de repuesto estaban gastadas. Tampoco hay contenedores de basura por qué van con una ficha que los que alquilamos la casa no tenemo y su solución es que dejemos las bolsas en algún sitio del terreno que ya las tirarían ellos, pues a rezar que el olor de basura de 7 días no llegué a la zo

Magic place

Alles stimmt an diesem Ort. Das Haus ist ein Kleinod. Der Garten fantastisch. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge oder einfach da bleiben und entspannen. Zitronen und Rosmarin inklusive. Ein paar Flugzeuge hört man ab und zu, aber sie sind zu hoch um zu stören. Der Himmel bei Nacht ist ein Traum voller Sterne. Immer wieder.
