There is no customer service regarding the shuttle bus drivers. Their attitude is obnoxious. I’m a first timer to this hotel. The bus stopped at a hotel. I’m honestly not sure if they are the same place or a cluster of places that share a bus stop. So I asked the driver while I was getting off. He could simply told me I should get off at the next stop. Instead, he blamed me for not hearing him clearly. There is another time when I wanted to know if I could get on this bus or where is the bus station. The driver was unloading passengers and I waited till everyone was out and then I asked him if I could hop on. He did not even bother to answer but simply waived at me/brushing me off. It was that bad.
And here comes the second problem: the shuttle bus hall direction is unclear. It has a sign at the main entrance with shuttle schedule. But it does not say that the shuttle stop is somewhere else. Naturally, when someone sees a bus schedule and would assume that this is the place to get on it. They should put a sign or print something next to the schedule that says this is not the shuttle bus hall. Indeed, they have overhead signs that says where the shutttle bus hall is. But it is not clear enough. I hope they can improve it. Everything else is great.
