「Le personnel etait tres courtois」

「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...

「Séjour excellent, chambre très propore, personnel très cordial, parking spacieux en externe mais qui permet de charger sa voiture avec une prise et vue exceptionnelle sur l’océan atlantique et la plage. Une connexion avec la télé multimédia (YouTube) n’est malheureusement pas possible et les chaîne de télé reste limitée 」

「The room was clean. The welcome was great. All interactions with the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast and impressed that it included fresh fruit (many places don't offer this), dinner was good. The location, free parking and the lovely staff made this a perfect choice. We would love to visit again. Merci beaucoup. 」
