“Maurice and Laureen were definitely the hosts with the mosts. From check-in to check-out everything was fabulous. You can tell they care about the guests. The room’s decor was just lush, very well maintained and clean like the rest of the guest house. The homemade cookies was a lovely welcome and the hearty porridge for breakfast was a lovely change to the full English (but they do that as well!). Would definitely recommend! ”

“We had the most wonderful stay at East View – it truly felt homely, comfortable, and cosy from the moment we arrived. The quaint charm of Garrigill made our trip so special, and even though the weather was harsh, we couldn’t have enjoyed it more, especially spending evenings by the fireplace.
Lana was absolutely wonderful in taking care of us. She went above and beyond to organise a delicious vegan breakfast and made sure every detail of our stay was comfortable. Her warm hospitality really……
