Parking issues: Was told the parking at the hotel was $17 a day to save a space, but that they did had “free” parking at the motel next door “budget in” so we parked there. The next morning was told by the front office guy to move my car or ir will be towed, we told him we were autorized to park there and he did not take it well, we finally had to move and park on the street.

Beautiful, clean room, amazing staff, walking distance to everything and great place to catch a Waymo!

Clean room, friendly staff, and free hot breakfast which included scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, oat meal, sausages, juices, coffee, milk, pancake, among other food. Our nth time to be here for a UCLA function. Parking was secured. Valet was the only choice for parking and cost me $40 a single day. The parking area was secured. There was only one way in and one way out for all the guest. The lobby, elevators, and hallways were also clean. The sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean. The bathroom exhaust was not noticeable but I am positive that there was some kind of centralized exhaust system because the mirrors did not fog after every shower. Will come back again.

Rooms are clean but very noisy especially the rooms facing the streets. Couldn’t get much sleep for the first couple of days but management addressed our concerns and gave us a better room. The location is very good

I like casa Del Mar better. Rooms seem more updated. I felt our room was a bit tired looking. Caulk needed in toilet area against shower wall. Staff excellent.
