「Absolutely one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The rooms are HUGE, with luxurious Penhaligon toiletries, fluffy towels, complimentary chilled beverages, and AC that worked very well despite the record heat. The included continental breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the house cocktails at the bar were expertly crafted. But the true gem of this gorgeous hotel is the staff, especially Ryan and Kevin, who went absolutely above and beyond, and should be commended for making our stay...

「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」
