「Hôtel très bien situé pour aller se balader dans Beaune et notamment visiter les hospices de Beaune juste à côté. Facile de se garer à côté de l’hôtel et garage couvert à l’intérieur de l’enceinte de l’hôtel! Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner trop restreint tant en espace qu’en choix!」

「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. Baren väldigt mysig och vilsam om man vill ta ett glas vin. Det hotellet har en jättefin innergård och man luras att tro att den tillhör Hotell Tonneliers.
