Great for the area

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They do not speak English but we were able to communicate via google translate. There are no outside windows which is good for noise but airflow is limited. There is no A/C. The bathroom shower didn’t drain until the next morning. Still we did enjoy our stay and felt taken care of.

Couple on vacation

Could not understand the women who checked us in. Basic small room with double bed. Not many plugs for devices. The nice man who made breakfast and checked us out helped with getting us a taxi since we were leaving early.

Apesar de ter reserva confirmada pela Hoteis.com, ao chegar no hotel a gerente me informou que não tinha reserva confirmada e que nao estava trabalhando com a plataforma. Me disse que estavam lotados e que só tinham um quarto livre, USD 25.00 mais caro que o valor da minha confirmacão de reserva. O quarto era bem velho, com uma banheira que certamente poderia ser mais limpa. No dia seguinte, no café da manhã, tentaram me cobrar adicional, tive que explicar perto de outros hospedes que minha reserva original tinha café da manhã incluso. Por fim, ao fazer check out, pedi uma fatura e queriam me cobrar outros USD 12.00 adicionais para emitir a fatura, o que obviamente não aceitei (e, portanto, a fatura não foi emitida). Enfim, uma experiencia terrivel. Nao recomendo e jamais voltarei.

Soggiorno a Latacunga

Ambiente pulito e corrispondente alla descrizione, manca un spazio all’aperto. Sarebbe interessante proporre nella colazione del buono e interessante cibo ecuadoriano, o proprio della cittadina (Latacunga). Si permette al turista di incontrare la gastronomia locale. Non funzionava il campanello. Vicino all’albergo ci sono degli ottimi bar in alternativa.

Se veia un hotel de centro de la ciudad pequeño pero acogedor hasta que llegue a mi habitación (19), una suite improvisada sucia con telarañas y polvo en los muebles, lo peor fue la noche en que el sonido de una bomba de agua no te deja dormir nada; a la mañana siguiente le comenté este inconveniente a la encargada; ella se disculpo pero no se sorprendio por el ruido que hacia, le pedi un descuento por la pésima noche pero no hicieron nada

Pedí una habitación matrimonial y nos dieron una doble en el espacio donde máximo entraba una sola persona. Según la foto de la habitación que reserve la vista era a la calle y la habitación que no tocó tenía vista a las gradas por donde todo el mundo pasaba. El baño diminuto, el drenaje de la ducha se tapo, en la mañana no hubo agua caliente, solo te dejan medio rollo de papel higiénico, no tienen estacionamiento propio. El desayuno incluido estuvo muy bueno y la gentileza del personal también aceptable.

Buena relación precio-servicio, poca privacidad

El personal es muy atento y el desayuno muy bueno. La relación precio-servicios es excelente. La única molestia que tuvimos son los vidrios que dan al corredor desde la habitación, estos daban muy poca privacidad en la habitación y se escuchaba claramente todo el ruido del hotel.
