「Spotlessly clean hotel and everything thought about, would definitely stay again」

「Lovely place to stay, just a few mins walk from the centre of cheltenham. The couple that run it are very welcoming and the guest house immaculate. I would highly recommend. Thank you - Anne x」

「Initially booked a two night stay but cut this short to one night after a horrid experience. We stayed here during the height of the 2026 summer heat wave. The hotel DID have air conditioning, but there was a sign in the room essentially stating that it was broken / deactivated. Upon speaking to the unbothered reception staff, it was discovered that the hotel once had air conditioning, but it had broken years ago and wouldn't be repaired. The room was stiflingly hot. In addition to this, the...

「The Royal George is quite nice and it is in the quiet part of Gloucester.」

「clean and tidy room. delicious dinner and breakfast. good location with free parking. i like the bear decoration much.」

「Happy to have an upgrade. The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable.」

「Fantastic stay in the cottage - immaculately presented room with loads of space and a very nice selection of snacks. The staff in the Inn were incredibly welcoming and made for a totally relaxed break. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough」
