“Shower needs update. Loose tile in front of toilet. Dirty and ratty towels. Disappointing for a Hampton inn. ”

“Hotel was in terrible condition, carpet was filthy. I was on 2nd floor, elevator not working. At 66 years old it was tough taking my luggage to 2nd floor. This is BS to have to pay $161 for what? Staff was pleasant and my room was clean. I will not be coming back. ”

“The breakfast was great! We lived on the third floor, the wifi signal was nothing. Even in the lobby was pretty slow.”

“You do not get what you pay for! Should be a Hilton not an old hotel needing tlc. Entire area has jacked up prices due to huge project and all are sold out with workers. Parking lot is tiny as well. Room was clean, staff were nice, but area workers cleaned out the continental breakfast by 6 am. ”

“The room that I was issued was TERRIBLE - the bathroom was so terribly dirty I was concerned about using it - the toilet had a crusty ring at the water line - this was not due to age it was due to lack of cleaning - my room was actually missing the second bed, but did have two headboards - if I would have been with my spouse we would have moved on and left our payment behind - the room actually gave me a terrible feeling with a missing bed and lack of maintenance and a closed musty smell. Never……
