    This Pet Friendly 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home in the heart of Cotuit offers a true Cape Cod experience with vintage summer décor and laid-back comfort. Sleeping six, it features bright living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private backyard with a spacious deck, outdoor dining area, gas grill, and classic outdoor shower.

    Just 1.5 miles to Ropes Beach and 2.4 miles to Loop Beach, it's perfectly located for sunny beach days and evening strolls. Eagle Pond and Little River Sanctuary and a short walk and great for nature hikes.

Cotuit home

This house was very clean and spacious. There are plenty of windows to open without there being AC, but know the hardware is on the older side, but it was wonderful being able to open to many windows for fresh air. The pictures with the older pink countertops are accurate, but everything is clean and functional. It’s a wonderful location with enough room to park and turn around cars before driving onto the main road. Bring a coffee pot, but there are plenty of other useful kitchen tools. Enjoy!

House is beautiful, arrived and the linens had not been cleaned and dirty laundry basket in the bedroom... they responded immediately and had someone come out and put fresh linens that evening offered 100 for experience with dirty linens. Not sure what happened but they reported miscommunication with the cleaning company. No other issues though and we enjoyed our stay without further incident, they few things we asked for were brought next morning, coffee machine, fixed tv. Woman before us was there a month so some things seemed out of place/missing. All in all good spot
