This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed! It was so dirty, TV didn’t work, no towels to use after showing, only 2 pillows on the bed, bedding was wrong side up! We didn’t sleep very good, we should have kept on driving! I called down to front desk to ask them to bring us towels and they said I would have to come and get them myself. I would have had to get in my car to drive to front desk. Also had a coffee maker but no coffee or cups!!

The room was dirty. It smelt overwhelming like bleach but the floors were dirty. The shower faucet was ready to fall off. The towel racks were barley hanging on. The windows were all scummy and gross. The neighbors were all loud and inconsiderate. There was food laying in the hallways and animal pee in the hallways. Room 406 where we stayed the door didn't latch properly.

Unfortunately my room did not appear cleaned at all. There was dog hair and crumbs in the bed, as well as a partially used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and it was very apparent that the floors had not been swept/cleaned in a long time. The property reeks of cigarette smoke so I left in the morning with a headache. When I went downstairs to request either a new room or fresh sheets I had to wait for at least 15 minutes before I was helped. The fresh sheets I was given also had hair on them, and I had to make my own bed.

The pool was well-maintained. There were mouse droppings in the hideaway bed though. The night staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was good. However, the staff maintaining breakfast was very rude. But overall a good overnight stay to take the kids swimming.
