「Expedia got the address wrong. Bathroom was not on the same floor」

「A solid place to stay. But perhaps too far from downtown for short stays. Contacts was mostly attentive except when my bedroom door would not lock. I stayed two days with a bedroom door that was not locked. So maybe not the most secure. These tenement style houses also feel very strange with other folks. Not the establishments fault. Just how the arrangement feels.」

「When we arrived we realized we hadn’t been sent any information on how to enter the property. It was downpouring and it took over two hours to figure out how to gain access to the place. We ended up having to walk down to the Starbucks to use their WiFi and get on chat with Expedia. They said the booking didn’t register so they weren’t notified of it despite the fact that we paid. Supposedly we were upgraded but the room we were in looked exactly like what we had booked. The place was fine but...

「Brilliant! An exceptional experience. Beautiful room with space for our things, a sitting area, a lovely bath, well appointed amenities. Gorgeous view, lovely town, walkable to the beach, the harbor, restaurants, etc. Amazing breakfast cooked by a talented and creative chef. The owners were friendly, helpful, and informative with just the right amount of interaction. Close to Giant’s Causeway, and all of the Coastal Causeway attractions. We hope to build a whole new trip around this stay!」

「Firstly the room was fine ,clean with a comfortable bed ,the area was pleasant a large tesco a few min walk away buses into the city centre and a few takeaways locally ,unfortunately regarding the house the rooms needed soundproofing the floors and walls staitcases and the doors all were squeaky and noisy and it was difficult to sleep it would have been helpful if the owners informed us of the upcoming storms so we could have planned ahead,it would also been helpful if there was clearer...

「Given a room with a stench of cigarettes. Thankfully I had it changed. Initial key given not working. Environment overgrown with grass. Surprisingly met instructions in the property that cooking was not allowed. Never saw that when booking. Cleanliness good though」

「The location felt a bit isolated but it was what we chose. The drive to the other cities were like 10 minutes or so. The bungalow itself was so cute! Clean and had everything we needed for the night. Loved our stay.. would stay here again. The only thing was the bugs and all the flies and bees that were swarming outside. 」
