“Great location with everything you need for your stay in Kilkenny”

“We had a great family holiday at the hotel. Only downside was the maintenance works going on throughout the external area from car park building, painting external walls and Jurassic park was brilliant but also very much under construction. Feel some gesture or acknowledgement from management of the disruption would have been nice. ”

“Shower in room did not work and there were areas of the room that required a deeper clean. We also had an intoxicated customer arrive at our room door during the night and trying to break the door open. Staff however were excellent and made our stay.”

“Staff was terrific, property is gorgeous. We’d go back for sure. Our only relatively minor issue was the shower/bathroom. It’s a bit oddly constructed and was nearly impossible to keep the water inside the shower. ”
