“We loved our stay at this property. The managers were friendly, accommodating and responsive to our questions. The cats and ponies were an extra bonus that made the trip. We used the kitchen quite a bit and had everything we needed. We did not use the washer because we didn’t have a dryer or way to hang clothes. DVDs were great. Beds were comfortable. Heated floors was nice. Great to have a tub and shower. Thanks again! ”

“A short break, overall a good time had by all. However while the overall condition of the cottage was good it could have done with a real deep clean. Bedding was obviously used and the mattress was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs through it. Furniture inside also left a lot to be desired from a comfort point of view. No Wi-Fi. TV basic and small. Rooms small. But on the positive this is really well located to local amenities, fully enclosed large back garden was great for the dog.……

“We had the most wonderful stay in Katie's Cottage. We met the lovely host Caroline on arrival and we couldn't have gotten a warmer welcome. There was fresh scones with jam and butter and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house was absolutely immaculate with loads of fresh towels and bed linen. The beds were really comfy and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding area is stunning and the cottage was a great base to explore all of this. “ Before booking there are a couple of things folks need to be aware of. The driveway up to the place is terrible. Its a 0.5 mile sand track and is full off deep holes 3 mph max. Its not the cleanest place with spiders webs and mould (they charge 70 for cleaning) dont know why.On the plus side. Youre right on the beach and the cottage gives you a great sense of old world living. ”
