"Amazing cottage and hosts! Great location for day trips. Coming back to the quiet of the cottage after a day of sightseeing was lovely. Plenty of room for 3 of us and amenities for the week. Unexpected extras were scones, bread, chocolate and wine waiting for us upon arrival. As well as some fridge items to start us off. Very kind and appreciated after a long flight. Our stay was everything we hoped for and more!"

"We absolutely loved the cottages! We ordered a dinner on the night of our arrival and it was delicious. Our communication with Paula was superb. She answered all our questions. The resident cat was so adorable and my sister loved her visits!! We loved the fireplace as our 83 dad was always cold! The shower was hard to maintain the temp, however we would recommend your beautiful cottages to everyone and would stay again!!"

"The property was in the country and easy to find. The owners were on holiday so we didn’t get to meet them but Carol let us into the cottage. She was amazing! Very helpful and kind! She showed us around the property, and gave us recommendations on where to buy groceries and some things to do in the area. We loved hearing the history of the property. The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We would definitely recommend! "

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom Stable 1 which was perfect for my family. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Grandkids had a blast on the trampoline and the grounds to run around in and we enjoyed a cocktail on the back porch. Beautiful property."

"Had a great stay at the decoy country cottages. Centrally located to see many sights. Visited the hill of Tara, Loughcrew Cairns and also do a walk along the Bourne valley which started at ramparts. Close to shopping centers and getting to Dublin was an easy drive as well. Has a great time here."

"If you don't want the noise, hustle and bustle of the city, stay at Borahead Lodge. A peaceful, quiet cottage only minutes from dining, groceries and Dublin. It's a short drive (40 minutes) from Dublin airport. 20 minute drive to the Red Cow park and ride Luas station so you don't have to fight Dublin downtown traffic. Bridie (our friendly host) gave great advice about the area and shared pears from her orchard. If we're ever back in Ireland, we will be staying here."

"Centeral location, within walking distance to many Dublin attractions (parks, Temple Bar, museums, and Guinness). As many others mentioned, there are several clubs nearby that play loud music until 3:30 am, which rules out good night sleep. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was standard."
