"Had a very long hot day in the parks and was excited to get to my room and rest. Check in was quick and easy with helpful staff. "Overall it was good and bery close to the shopping centre and Disneyland parks. The downside was things like the aircon in my daughter's room was not good amd it was 30+ while we were yhere. "Rooms were nice but in one of the 2 rooms that we reserved the a/c was not working. Hotel could not fix it. When we asked for some discount for our discomfort they refused to give any discount on the current reservation but offered 50% discount for a future reservation."
