"Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The soft mattress and blackout curtains were very much appreciated! Despite being a busy hotel with lots of families/young children about, didn’t hear any noise in the night so the rooms are clearly well soundproofed. Staff were also really friendly. Only slight downside were the lifts - very small (which is typical in Paris, admittedly) but meant you had to wait a long time to actually get to/from the lobby especially at peak times. Super convenient for access to both central Paris and the Disneyland parks. Will absolutely stay here again in future! "

"My wife and I stayed here for one night so that we were close to the airport for the next day's flight.It worked out very well. The hotel was well located, clean, comfortable, quiet (could not tell that we were near an airport) and they had a free shuttle to the airport. The only negative was that an included breakfast would have been nice. But, even without that, we would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, I have had a very positive experience. The room is impressively quiet and clean, providing a very comfortable atmosphere. I also find the location to be excellent; being so close to the RER A station is incredibly convenient for travel. Furthermore, your shuttle bus service to Disneyland Paris is very well-organized and has made my trips to the park seamless. I do, however, want to mention one small issue with the bathroom design. Because there is no shower curtain, the floor tends to get quite wet after a shower. I thought you might like to know this, as it can make the tiles a bit slippery. While I haven't had the chance to try the spa facilities, the rest of my stay has been wonderful, and the staff have been very helpful."

"Room doesn’t get cleaned for a weekend break, our carpets ended up getting very messy from kids food and buggy’s in and out the apartment which wasn’t pleasant to walk on. Fresh towels and a hoover each day would have been better!"
