「Accueil très chaleureux, rapide. 1 chambre double. Très bon séjour même si je reconnais que le concept Eklo écolo n'est pas adapté à tous : ex. bruit des matières et système de porte qui favorise le fait que les gens la laisse claquer quand ils rentrent ou sortent. Pas forcément insonorisé non plus... Chambre étroite mais largement convenable. Par ailleurs pour les séjours longs, ce n'est pas un appart hôtel. Pour ma part, 1 personnel hyper bienveillant et disponible. Très réactifs. Avantage...

「C'est un endroit sympa le problème est que je me suis retrouvé dans le dortoir des garçons parce qu'il n'y avait plus de place dans le dortoir des filles, 9 garçons et 1 seule fille dans une chambre, je ne sais pas si c'est vraiment normal ce genre de situation. J'avais réservé pour 2 nuits mais j'ai finalement passé qu'une nuit, je me sentais trop mal à l'aise 」

「There were literally massive bugs crawling all over the bed in the room. The room was very messy and dirty and not ready to receive anyone. We had arrived exhausted and were even ready to tolerate the mess and spent an hour trying to kill the bugs the huge bugs and beetles that were attacking my young daughter. We were going to wait until morning to get our place changed. But as it got worse and worse after three hours, we finally had to have an emergency move to another place at 2:30AM....

「When checked in at this hotel, fist of all, we found the toilette was broken and we had to make at least three phone calls to the front and wait for more than 30 minutes until they sent someone to fix the problem. Also, the next day morning, we just found the rubbish of previous customers was not thrown away!!! How disgusting!! This was probably the worst experience I have ever had in my life so far. And the most regrettable part for this is Expedia was not reliable at all, even their Gold...
