Poor hotel for price level

This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. They have no coffee in the room, no laundry service. We had to check in through the restaurant since there is never anyone at the reception. At check out, we had to leave early (6am) and there was no one there again, he asked us to wait till 8 am even when we told him we had a flight. We were never even informed that reception is not available 24x7 which is the norm at 4 star hotels. Not a pleasant stay.

Cadre très agréable. Très beau bâtiment. Romantique. Belle vue sur l'église. Bien situé. Lit confortable. Personnel très agréable et chaleureux. Il y avait un bruit dans la salle de bain (la clim?) Dommage, pas de bouilloire avec dosettes de café dans la chambre.

Bel hôtel, près d’un centre ville, avec un parking sur place. Localisation vraiment toute proche du château de Cheverny. L’accueil y est agréable et le service de qualité. De passage sur la région pour quelques jours, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Le Relais des Trois Châteaux est situé à 800 mètres du château de Cheverny. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. La chambre est climatisée et dispose d'une literie haut de gamme de marque Treca. La salle de bains comporte une grande baignoire et d'excellents produits d'accueil de marque Nuxe. Enfin, le restaurant Les Trois Marchands et son menu découverte à 35 € par personne est un incontournable à ne manquer en aucun cas. Une belle découverte gustative.

L’hôtel est propre, décoré sobrement et plutôt moderne. Le restaurant des 3 marchands propose une nourriture correcte pour le dîner. En revanche, le petit déjeuner est désastreusement peu garni et surtout surgelé. Le choix est très maigre voire inexistant. Le personnel n’est pas formé et incompétent si ce n’est malhonnête et impoli, nous ayant indiqué que le petit déjeuner était inclus, pour avoir la surprise de découvrir que le petit pain au chocolat surgelé et la tranche de fromage sans goût nous étaient facturés 16€/personne.

Bra hotel med en katastrof till restaurang!

Hotellets rum och service var mycket bra. Restaurangen var en riktigt stor bedrövelse. Nu var det andra gången jag var i restaurangen under ett par månader. Först agången trodde jag det var otur i köket med ett segt och ganska oätligt kött stycke. Nu andra gången var vi 5 personer som alla fick portioner som var oätliga, sönder stekta och sega. Om man ville tugga så hade de räckt i minst ett par dygn. Priset för det som serverades var så över prissatt att man borde skämmas.
