「I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. Because the bathroom is so small and without ventilation, it all leaks into the apartment and sticks around, even with...

「Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.」

「My experience with this property was extremely disappointing. In the host’s initial check-in guidelines, it explicitly stated that check-in was not available until 3 p.m., but separately listed the key pickup hours as 7 a.m.–9 p.m. I arrived in Paris early expecting to pick up my keys based on those instructions.
When I arrived, I entered the provided code multiple times, but it did not work. There was also no luggage storage available, leaving me with a large suitcase and nowhere to leave it....
