"Everything was truly very good. The room was clean and everything worked well. They even provided four pillows, which is a big deal for us older travelers. The bathroom was showing a little age and wear, but it was still clean and in good repair. "

"Nothing stocked in the kitchenette. Come prepared with all your own stuff. Dryer eats your quarters, and only one of two were working. Otherwise very quiet and comfortable."

"I was SO HAPPY to find this diamond in the rough!! We have never been in the Denton area and my Grandaughter had a dance convention at the Embassy Suites. This home was about 7 minutes away and a straight shot down Panhandle. (The street). The home was beautiful, clean (huge plus), spacious bedrooms, quite cozy. It was easy access to all of our needs. Target, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS, Natural Grocers, Chipotle, McDonalds. My only regret is I didn’t get to meet and show some love to Titus, their furbaby. Hopefully we can stay there again next May.Lory and Presleigh KAurora, Colorado"

"On site parking and an easy walk to Denton Community Market and the Square made this a great stay. Just a few minutes to UNT and had everything needed for a weekend getaway. "

"Pros: It was a really cute 2 bedroom that served our needs well. I contacted the owner about a later check out prior to booking and they were very accomodating. Great use of space, lots of hot water and has mostly what you need. The actual location is absolutely perfect for Denton. Lots of great shops, food and entertainment close and walking distance. Cons: When I arrived it was warmer than expected and took a few hours to cool off the whole apartment, but there were multiple fans available to help. One of the bedroom beds has a dip in the middle of it. Thankfully, we were able to still sleep comfortably, but something that should be replaced. Harvest House is right next door, so if there's a band playing, could be until midnight or so until they stop. Also, the train runs relatively close and horn sounds each time, so if you're sleeping at 1am, it could wake you up. Nothing really huge as far as issues, but something to be considered. "
