"La chambre est usée, la moquette tachée l’éclairage de l’applique de la salle de bain clignotte. Le lit est affaissée d’un côté. J’ai passé un très mauvais moment. Le buffet en libre service du soir est mauvais, il n’y a pas de choix et ce n’est pas bon. J’aurais dû dîner en dehors de l’hôtel"

"Wonderful staff, nice room (a bit noisy from neighbours though), excellent breakfast. The proximity to the Charante river was amazing, but the area was also a bit rough. I also very kind support from the lady in the reception when I had an accident. So all-in-all a great place to stay!"

"We have just arrived home from the most wonderful holiday! We can only describe the gite as paradise. We were so grateful for the beautiful pool to cool off in. Wunderbar ruhig!
"Unser Aufenthalt in der gite "phoenix" war wunderbar! Die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Berner Sennenhund hat das 10.000m² große komplett eingezäunte Grundstück mit dem kleinem Teich sehr genossen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen."
