阿克隆考文垂交匯處酒店住宿推介

「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review」

「I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room, but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.」

「The breakfast was what you would expect from a continental breakfast. There was good variety. Extremely kind, knowledgable staff. Unfortunately, the rooms were a disappointment. Our TV would not work, the wi-fi connection was spotty, and the bathroom showed extreme signs of wear (e.g., pot light hanging from the roof, peeling wall paper, cracks in the bathroom floor).」

「Good experience.」

「Staff were kind.」

「Hotel was very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.」

「Our accessible room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had some concerns with the room, but the staff was extremely helpful.」

「The property is very well maintained and the front desk staff was friendly and provided fast check-in service. The room was exactly as requested; 2 beds with a river view. Very spacious, clean, and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles. Overall, a great stay after a long day of wedding celebration.」

「Very convenient to the airport and was able to drop off rental car a day early because shuttle was so convenient.」

「我们两人是出差住的此酒店，位置就在当地一所大学的校区旁边。出行交通比较便利，酒店房间也还算干净和宽敞明亮，也有免费的早餐和无线网络，这点比较满意。反正性价比算高。」

「Avoid Spark by Hilton Akron Fairlawn Hotel – Unprofessional and Discriminatory Staff I had an appalling experience checking in around 8 PM after traveling all the way from Texas. Upon arrival, the front desk was unattended. When an agent named Shannon finally appeared, he seemed visibly intoxicated, agitated and struggled to read my driver's license address. When I politely confirmed the address was correct, he suddenly flew into a rage, hostilely asking why I didn't speak loudly...
