「The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

「We liked the convenience of the area & all the things within walking distance & the price. Having a parking spot included was a plus. Upon checking in we noticed a puddle of water in the bedroom coming from a leaking air conditioner. We called the host & they answered the phone immediately. They contacted maintenance to fix the issue. The place was fairly clean but the floors should have been swept better, especially in the corners. 「Nice hosts, clean room but we had a few maintenance issues, eg. elevator not working when we arrived and air conditioning breaking down in one room. Also, although beds were very comfortable (important to us!) the seating in the rooms was not. We submitted suggestions to property owners about a few improvements that would make the property a better stay. Hopefully they will act on them.」
