Located in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and convenience for your next coastal getaway.
Enjoy spacious open-plan living with a cozy Coonara wood heater for winter stays and split-system air conditioning for summer comfort. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with electric appliances, perfect for preparing meals to enjoy on the outdoor deck or front verandah.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully positioned to provide guests with their own private space. The home includes two bathrooms (one with a shower over bath), a large driveway with room for two cars plus boat or caravan storage, and outdoor areas ideal for relaxing in sun or shade.
Pet-friendly (outdoors only) and secured with external entry-point cameras, this delightful Phillip Island home is perfect year-round.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.
