Nine On Kate
Perfectly positioned, hidden away at the end of a quiet court, overlooking parkland and only a short walk to the beach and boat ramp cafe, you will find this great house which ticks all the boxes for your next Island getaway.
Featuring two spacious light filled living areas, the main with extra high ceilings, polished timber floors, split system heating and cooling and Wifi. Both living areas open onto a choice of large decks perfect for entertaining and include outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave and electric cooking and an island bench which opens up to the large 8 seater dining setting.
The fully fenced yard is also decked out with a fire pit and plenty of grass to play footy or cricket.
Guests are taken care of with three generous queen size bedrooms, the master with ensuite and a second central bathroom and separate toilet.
A washing machine in the laundry is available for guest use.
*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.
