Overall a good stay

A good location and plenty of space. Just a couple of things that could be better was no linen or towels provided unless arranged beforehand which was very surprising considering the price of the property. Although, it was mentioned in the finer details of the confirmation email which I didn't go through properly and I think most of the people will miss it. The outside area was also not the cleanest and very usable as opposed to the photos. However, the spa was good fun. An overall satisfactory stay.

Home with everything

This house had everything we needed, plenty of sleeping space, and seperate areas for adults and children. The spa was a hit with everyone. Walking distance to the beach. Central location to shops, penguins and other attractions.

Property was lovely, but property management was disappointing

Loved the house and we had such a great time as a family, however the property management really let our experience down. We rang and spoke with Caleb as soon as we checked in to ask what was happening with the TV. We found it was missing from the upstairs lounge room and found a damaged one in the garage. We explained that it was forecast to rain for the next 4 days and we really needed a TV to entertain the kids for the next few days. He could not have cared less and didn't do anything about it. The bathroom upstairs had a faulty lock on it and my son was locked in for half an hour. The spa was not very clean, the water was white.

Big spacious home away from home

We had a great stay here over the weekend. The place is big and spacious and the outside set up is really nice for a bbq and some drinks. would definitely recommend staying here for a holiday.
