Homey beach shack

Perfect location for a long weekend stay. The check in and out proccess was seamless. All communications were prompt and informative. The house itself was extrmely neat and tidy. The ammenities provided for a long weekend stay made the trip easy for us as a family with friends. Thr backyard was a hit for the children. Would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our little family getaway/stay at 260 Settlement. The house is super cosy, very clean and spacious. Such a perfect size that could accomodate for a small family (like ours) or a bigger family. Situated in a location not too far from the beach and main shops/cafes. We had so much fun, our toddlers face lit up from the minute we arrived. The front yard and back yard is spacious and also very secure with fencing. Would definitely stay again in future :)

The only feedback we have, is the property was a little grubby. The bar stools in particular and the surfaces were quite sticky, some hair left behind .
