Lovely dog friendly accommodation

We had a great time staying here - the property was spacious and comfortably accommodated grandparents and our small children as well as our cavoodle. Quick drive to the Penguin Parade and easy access to Cawes Jetty, the beach and main shops!

Great spot for a family stay

Big house for a family (our kids are tweens). Big backyard - kids loved the trampoline and swing. Worked well bringing a pet (we had small dog). Well equipped bedrooms, lots of space, upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Would recommend for family or group of friends.

The house is within walking distance from the beach but a short 2 minute drive will take you to an even better one. 4 bedrooms, 2 on each level is great. Living areas, indoor and out, with multiple seating options is nice. Kitchen is fully stocked. The large backyard is great for kids with a swing and trampoline The property is showing its age and while clean and really comfortable it could use some attention here and there but the price is adjusted accordingly compared to other options so close to the beach and town. We had a lovely stay.

Great Property however needed some maintenance done

Stayed for 5 night with my elderly parents Very comfy beds and amazing upstairs level. Disappointing that the balcony was very, very dirty and you could only open one of the 2 sliding doors. So we could not enjoy the sea breeze. Second shower on 1st level, not working. Shower head Blocked. The first night, unable to open any windows in any of the bedrooms as they were locked. We found one key the next day to service all of the windows. Broken fans. Unable to open window in down stair bedroom as the garden was so over grown and coved the window. The outside path ways had not been cleaned for some time. Covered with branches, leaves, etc. I had to clear some so it was safe for my mother to use. If you pay good money, you do accept not to have the issues we had. No support / communication from property manger manager.

A great property for famiiies or groups. We were kept informed that there was an issue with the dishwasher and a repair man was sent immediately. We also received promptly a spare gas cylinder when it was required
