Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a good quiet location with good parking . Clean and large rooms.There was a good amount of plates cutlery etc t but disappointing there was a lack of serving plates and anything that you could use for serving food . There was also no games or activities that is usually provided in holiday rentals .

Cowes house review

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We didn’t receive an email with any instructions prior to arrival, I called the office and a man assured me I would have an email multiple times (which I didn’t). Was then told I need to pick up keys from the real estate. When we arrived the house hadn’t been cleaned and was disgusting ... food all over floors, food in sinks, dirty dishes, dirty toilets. We had to wait 2 hours for the cleaners and then were allowed to go back to the house. It was a rushed clean, floors were still dirty and bathrooms dirty. Other than a bad start we did enjoy our stay there but would have preferred a nice clean place to stay
