The lovely, modern, ground floor massive apartment comprises open plan kitchen/living with split system heating/airconditioning and a great balcony where you can see the beach.
A great kids park and beach across the road, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern furnishings and fittings, security entry and secure basement car parking for two cars. Entry is from Findlay Street, balcony faces West/Findlay Street.
Only a very short stroll to the restaurants, cafes, shops and the main beach of Cowes.
Unlimited WiFi and Smart TV. NOT PET FRIENDLY.
Ground floor apartment, kitchen with large fridge, ceramic cook top, oven and dishwasher.
Fully equipped laundry with front loading washing machine, dryer and ironing board and high chair.
Dining table converts to a pool table.
Sleeps 8 guests:
Bedroom 1 - 1 x king bed with en-suite
Bedroom 2 - 1 x queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of bunks, suitable for children. (porta cot).

LINEN NOT SUPPLIED
Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.
GUEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES/STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES NO PARTIES!

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.

NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.

Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately.
The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded

KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

1. The television in the living room often froze and we couldn’t get sound on it 2. It would be worth clarifying with guests which beds will require linen as we wanted to use the second bedroom with the double bed but was only supplied linen for main room and a single bed. 3. Some of the linen supplied and the towels had stains, the single bed fitted sheet had a spot of what looked like blood so we didn’t use it. 4. The blankets in the apartment really require a thorough wash. One blanket smelt so bad that I vomited and was really put off about the overall cleanliness of the place since that first day. 5. The apartment could do with some top to bottom thorough dusting. 6. I would have expected that paying extra for linen and towels that this would include two bath mats, two hand towels and some face washes. The minimal towels provided were not sufficient for our stay and we were having to reuse wet towels. Especially when there are two bathrooms and yet we were only provided with one hand towel and one bath mat, no face washes. We were provided the exact number of towels for each guests but when the towels appear stained or dirty, it would have been preferable to have extras. 7. For the enjoyment of guests, linen should be already put on the bed and guests not required to remove the linen. This has been our experience whilst staying at other places. 8. Would have been nice to have basic bins provided in each of the bathrooms. 9. The pillows could be replaced or at least the protectors as they looked very old and dirty. 10. Bedrooms and bathrooms get claustrophobic- overall other than the sliding door in the living room, main room and bathrooms lack ventilation or windows to get external fresh air. Poor building design. I tried to provide feedback discretely via the agency but as I didn’t get a response, it’s a shame that I have to do so on such a public forum. Just recommend addressing some of the above to improve the experience of future guests.

This is our third stay at this property. We love it here. The location is perfect and the property is very clean. We will definitely be back.

Apartment 4 was absolutely perfect! Had everything we needed and more, including a king bed, smart TV, billiard table and a very comfy lounge! This apartment was like a home away from home with all the amenities our family required, was very clean and fully functional. Best location, across from the beach and park and a short stroll to the main stretch of shops - our car never left the underground car park as everything we needed was within walking distance. Cannot wait to come back for another stay!
