Lovely house in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and was within walking distance to the beach. Throughly enjoyed our stay there but the lack of wifi was troublesome esp for those who do not have local data or planning to do some work.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay in this apartment. It is a peaceful and easily accessible location to Cowes. We appreciate the facilities but were a little disappointed the TV wasn't able to function with Netflix. An update would be appreciated as would a vacuum. The property was generally clean when we arrived yet under the beds and couches were very dusty. I was also very disappointed to be charged an extra cleaning fee given I followed the vacating cleaning checklist to the letter. I also haven't been suplied with any feedback although requested twice

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've always enjoyed our stay at the Cowes units and the close access to all the local attractions at Phillip Island.The unit was clean and pleasant and it was nice to have some toiletries like shampoo and body wash provided.When it rains, there is an annoying drip sound on a downpipe outside the master bedroom, so it would be good if that could be dampened somehow.Otherwise, it is a very practical unit for a temporary stay.
