Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location was great, a quick walk to the underground and Notting Hill. The staff were super nice. Overall an amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Room was lovely and big , clean quiet,close to shops

This was our 2nd stay at the July in 2026 and both visits were excellent. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The beds and pillows are really comfortable, the rims are quiet. During both of our visits to the July, the hotel was nearly full, but we never heard noise in the halls or in our room. The lobby and restaurant was veey nice and the breakfasts were delicious. The coffee was top notch as well! The kitchen in the room is very well stocked and such a benefit to have! It allowed us to truly enjoy the wonderful markets and grocery stores because we could bring items back to our room to eat later, so we were able to try more things from the markets. Loved that! The location is excellent for food, transportation, and entertainment and is not packed wth tourists like the areas around Big Ben and Westminster bridge are, but so many things are still easy to walk to. We've stayed in the Westminster bridge area before, which was great for our first trip to London, but we prefer our stays in the Victoria station area now for the rest access to travel in and beyond London. The area feels safe, there will be a few homeless around the train station, but that is to be expected in a large city and none of them were aggressively panhandling, mostly just finding shelter. There are several grocery stores within a 5 minutes walk of the hotel and some places to shop for other goods as well. Just all around a very convenient area to center our stays.

Nice size apt for family. Great location with Tesco downstairs. Close walk to Borough market and London Bridge tube line. Laundry machine was difficult to use since some apts had new machines with no instructions.
