Incredible Host
We had our ski rack fall off and our skis stolen in Craig and Mike went WAY above and beyond to help us try to get them back/get compensated for our loss. You're unlikely to find a nicer, more helpful host anywhere.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a ski weekend, about a 50 minute drive to steamboat. The house was great a lot of space and rooms, the full kitchen was really nice. Pretty close to stores if you need anything, overall it was a great place to stay!

Mike and Penny's property was clean, well stocked, within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores, and was perfect for our week-long work trip in NW Colorado.

Great Find
Our daughter and her Family live in Hayden, so for us to come up during high season in Steamboat is hard due to availability. This was perfect as my other daughter, who stayed here with us, has a dog. We are not hunters, but are happy we found an affordable spot in a great neighborhood. Very close to everything and charming! The house was comfortable, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We arrived late to check in due to a big winter storm and the host was still so gracious and even shoveled for us. The shower was incredible, great pressure and plenty of hot water for 4 adults to get ready for the day. The host also made sure to shovel paths in the morning so we could get to our vehicles! Not his responsibility- but extremely thoughtful! We will be back. THANK YOU!

Super Awesome Stay!
I booked Mike’s property for ski trip/friend reunion and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The booking process was a breeze and the property was very clean quiet. We booked this property right when a blizzard as passing through, and Mike was hospitable and kind to say the least. He made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and was super timely at getting back to me about any questions I had. He went above and beyond to make sure we had our stay was as comfortable as possible. Next time I’m in town I will definitely be booking this place again.
