「方便快捷 」

「This property had no vacancies. Expedia booked me one night with its system showing availability with multiple rooms available despite the owner of the hotel advising Expedia that their rooms were not available and had been sold out. Now it will take 7-10 business days to refund my money that was debited from my account the minute I approved the transaction.」

「This place needs an upgrade. There was carpeting on the outside corridors that was torn in many places. Besides looking bad it is dangerous as someone could easily trip on it.」

「Beautiful property!! Top notch!」

「The room was had few problems and that switched us to new room they solved our issue. Great customer service」

「The room was clean, but the entire hotel smelled like smoke. The walls must be paper thin, because we could hear people and conversations/music in neighboring rooms. Breakfast sucked!! The only protein was snack size yogurt. There were no eggs or any meat protein. The coffee was marginal. The morning staff person at the front desk was very unfriendly.」

「Comfortable beds, pretty clean and well-maintained, and decent breakfast options! Staff was very friendly.」

「There were bugs in the room. Staff said they were so busy over weekend that didn't have time to properly clean. Changed room, but should comped stay. What is Expedia going to do?」

「The space is too small, the ironing board and the iron are old and broken, and the morning is monotonous.」

「They were very accommodating with an early check in. Disappointed that the whirlpool is no longer available and is still listed as an amenity. We were told we would have free parking but it was not offered when we asked about it. Beautiful lobby and delicious breakfast for a fair price.」

「This is located in downtown Staunton and it’s a great location. The parking is shared with other businesses and residences and can be challenging if arriving in the evening. This is not a place for anyone with mobility issues. Lots of stairs. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The tv was small and in a sitting room with two less than ideal chairs. There was no ice available. The HVAC worked well. The WiFi did not. The breakfast was serviceable but nothing special. The staff was...

「It would have been great to have a dining room so we could have enjoyed dinner on premises. Otherwise it was all very special and a unique inn. We may be back.」

「Buckhorn Inn is an absolute must for traveling through/staying around the Shenandoah, Blue Ridge & Staunton area! The owners maintain the historic beauty of the property while making it comfortable, accessible and cozy. The property’s history is fascinating and the location is convenient to hiking and downtown amenities. The owners even stayed late to ensure my partner and I got checked in safely. We can’t wait to visit again soon & see how the newly owned property continues to evolve! Hoping...

「It’s new and clean. Everyone is kind and nice. It’s close to the south gate of Shenandoah national park and the north gate of blue ridge road. 」

「Rooms were clean. Even rooms get to hear the train go by during the night.」
