“The front desk staff was extremely friendly and even recommended nearby souvenir shops and an amazing breakfast spot. I would give them a perfect score for their service. The hotel is converted from an old elementary school, which gives it a unique character. However, the bathroom is a bit small, with a sink that seems sized for elementary school students, making it easy to splash water everywhere. The bed appears to have dust mites, as my allergies acted up shortly after lying down, though it……

“Nice clean room and properly, staff seemed very annoyed by our presence though. We also were given a room with a view of an h-vac system despite being one of the first groups to check in, which while I don’t believe that’s the staffs fault, it left a more unpleasant view and overall lowered the experience. Overall though the stay was good minus those few issues.”

“Very quiet corner of Bartlett. Excellent staff, rooms were excellent. Kids loved the pool, I loved the outdoor fire pit. Lots of board games in the common room for the whole family, and the coffee bar was well stocked. We will definitely be staying here again.”

On nous a vendu "des petites viennoiseries et café" pour déjeuner, mais il n'y avait rien. Il n'y avait pas de personnel sur place, la réception était fermée pour toute la durée de notre séjour. Très déçus, car notre première visite à cet endroit avait été bonne, mais nous n'y retournerons pas après cette deuxième expérience.”

“We come here every summer and will continue to. We enjoy this hotel and area. So much to do. 10 mins from downtown north conway, right in the middle of settlers green, market basket, walmart and lots of restaurants. The hotel stay is good, we always enjoy the pool and hot tubs no matter the weather rain or shine! The only things that put a damper on the hotel was the lack of pool towels, but it was a rainy week so lots of family's were at the pools but it took an hour or more for towels to show……
