"Beautiful room and location. We were skunked out with the smoke so the view of the lake was minimal. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet."

"Great place to stay, quiet, lots of parking and close to town. There was a beautiful lake view. It was nice having a small kitchen with a dishwasher so we could cook meals and make coffee.The WiFi was strong. Mei Mei was friendly and helpful. There is a large covered porch with. BBQ and seating for 10-12. Or the restaurant is good for dinner, they serve delicious Asian food and hamburgers. It was nice having a large grassy lawn for my grandchildren to play on. The bed was new and comfortable. The sofa bed was good too. We initially were going to stay for 2 nights but stayed for 5 as it was so nice. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town."

"This is our 3rd summer spending a week in Procter, eating cinnamon buns on the beach and enjoying everything Kootenay lake has to offer. As a family of 6 with 4 young children, this property has been a great fit for splashing around in the water, eating ice cream on the deck, and quieter moments inside during the brief periods of poor weather. Highly recommended!"

"What a perfect couples getaway cabin. We couldn't have been any happier with how well thought out and beautiful this cabin is. The property owners have even the smallest details figured out. The hot tub, stacking laundry, dishwasher, beautiful dishes and cooking utensils, even a microplane zester! Wi-Fi, a beautiful rainfall shower the bed and bedding were also suprisingly comfortable. The BBQ was high quality Webber natural gas. If I could find anything to fault is that it is not fully private as we did see caretakers and other folks occasionally which wasn'ta big deal for us. 10/10 would absolutely highly recommend a getaway here. Roughly a 25 minute drive into Nelson and roughly 25 minutes to Ainsworth Hot Springs. Thanks again for the great experience you guys have created, well done."

"Our family of 4 had a great stay at Kootenay Wild! The room and property are exactly as shown in the pictures. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing pickleball and basketball at the property with an amazing view. Lots to check out in the area. We would love to come back, thanks for having us :) !"
12 ACRES RETREAT Seclusion in nature - private estate

"Interior of the suite was exactly as shown in photos. Clean, comfy, cozy, and well stocked! Host was very very responsive. Have to take a ferry to get to the property, but it was quick and convenient. We're glad we brought our own outdoor chairs, table, BBQ, and umbrella as there were none of these available. There is no AC, but the suite was fairly cool (after the first day) as we didn't get really hot days due to some smoke cover. We brought one small fan which was very helpful. The host also offered to order a fan for us, which was much appreciated, but by the time it arrived, days were much cooler. While we appreciate that the property is private, not having any window coverings at all was a bit odd for us. Personal preference is all. Thanks for the stay!"
