Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Me and my partner stay here on a regular basis . All the staff are friendly and really welcoming. Front of desk staff steve was very attentive to our needs . Pet friendly always a must . The rooms are warm and cosy .
