“Very beautiful house! Clean!”

“We enjoyed our recent stay at Kamp Koral. Everything was just as described. It was clean and had all the amenities needed. We loved the fireplace! The host was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again!”

“Nice place, nice stay. Nicely furnished and outfitted. Owner made the place available a little early at no charge, which we appreciated. Owner is also very responsive and of course friendly and helpful. Great central location. Location is generally quiet but, for those sensitive to noise, apartment does back up to a road that can be busy/noisy on the patio, and in the living room and rear (larger) bedroom. A noise machine is provided, probably for kids but nice regardless. Recommended!”

“Great host! Everything was as described. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was spotless upon arrival. The host was quick in responding to the couple question I had during the stay. We were a quick and easy drive to Duke and an even shorter one to downtown Durham.”

“We stayed here for an event downtown. Check-in was very easy and the host communicated well. This house was in a good location for downtown events, about a mile. The house was extremely clean when we arrived, like spotless. Whoever is cleaning this place deserves 5 stars. The backyard was nice because we had dogs. Also it was great this property allowed 3 dogs as we always have difficulty traveling with 3 dogs. The main negative though was the smell in the house. Obviously this is a flip and it……

“The location is great if you are going to the Lenovo center, the fairgrounds and downtown. The backyard was fenced in with ample room for the dog to use. One of the beds had no box springs and a super cushiony mattress so it had no support and you could not roll over in it without it making a lot of noise. The house is in need of new painting, repairs (the bathtubs stop drain did not work, missing hand cloth rack…). The house rules were a bit ridiculous filled possible fines.”

“This is such a delightful and unique home! It’s close to downtown, which is nice. It’s quiet. The house is spotless, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. We would enjoy staying again. There is easy parking in front of the house. The hosts are responsive and helpful. ”
