“DISAPPOINTED. I made my reservation through hotels.com, paid for the reservation, received a confirmation number, and receive the receipt of payment for the room.
When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I attempted the contact hotels.com directly through your AI assistant, and receive no response.
I was then forced to pay again for the room directly to the hotel. I find this to be completely unacceptable and expect someone to contact me directly to resolve this……

“Very quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. Staff very friendly. Lots of parking room for my truck and small camper, close to main road and there’s an Olive Garden restaurant 7 minutes away and Audi grocery next door. The price was very economical.”

“The room was nice and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub was hot all great. Even have under ground parking.
The beautiful young woman at the desk was very nice and went in to detail for each customer and even offered the older couple a great place to eat.
Very big inside lost of charging places and to sit. Didnt eat the breakfast but looked good and hot 😋”
