「Box tissue was empty when we checked into the room. It was replenished after I wrote a note (in French thanks to Google translate) to housekeeping. In the same note, I informed staff that there were different bugs (4 beetles & another bug I can't identify) that were resident in our room up on the ceiling. Nothing was done about it. We had to keep the desk lamp on pointed to a corner to attract the bugs away from our bed. In the same note, I also informed housekeeping about the remote not...

「This is a small mostly-business hotel close to Chantilly, about 25 minutes from CDG Airport. It was clean with comfortable beds and a very helpful receptionist. There is a restaurant on the property that looked great, but we had already eaten. The hotel had convenient free parking and a gas station about 2 clicks down the road that was helpful before we returned our rental car at the airport.」

Villers-Saint-Paul

「Compared with hotels in the USA, I would describe this property more as a very basic, run-down motel than a hotel. The building is old, located in a very isolated area, and unfortunately appears to be in significant need of maintenance and renovation. The room was not very clean, and the overall condition of the property gave the impression that it is slowly falling into decay. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear almost everything happening outside your room, including people walking...
