“Check-in was a little problematic since the office closed at 5, but we finally got confirmation through Expedia about getting someone to contact us about checking in after hours. Room was clean. Washing machine did not cooperate, and after an hour of trying different settings, we finally got a full cycle to work. It would have been nice if they had a kitchen sponge, laundry detergent, and glass cleaner or other type of cleaner to keep the kitchen tidy. Other than that, the kitchen is fairly……

“The girl that works at the check in desk allowed us to check in early which helped us get some sleep after an early flight. Walls are thick. Very quiet. The beach is right down the road and if you have pets, Drake’s Island is one of my favorites. There are lots of really good restaurants nearby. Beachfire has really good food. Horizons Family Restaurant is literally in walking distance from the Inn which serves breakfast. Mike’s All Day Breakfast in Kennebunk was really good. If you like Mexican……

“Wifi weak, Floor water leak, Lack of maintenance, No staff for check-in midnight, Dropbox key lost during midnight check-in.”

“Firs, I will say the towels were clean. The room however was shabby beyond compare. The floor isn't level. There are holes in the wall. The curtains are falling off the rod and held in place with zip ties. There were dead bugs on the floor. The rug was stained. The bed was sunken in the middle. The dead bolt on the door doesn't work. I don't know how this owner can allow people to stay there in this condition.”

“A beautiful inn with a top notch staff.! Very unique property perched on a hill, overlooking the ocean and town of Ogunquit. Fabulous saltwater pool and hot tub with plush loungers and shaded seating area. The friendly bartender was very skilled at his craft. Drink menu is very unique. We will be back!”

“There was a small issue with the ac unit, so we called the staff and they came over shortly after we had explained what the problem was. The had resolved the issue with in a reasonable amount of time with no further issues”

“Well, to start with, we waited in the lobby for at least 15-20 minuteas before someone came to check us in. Once that was handled, we went to our room. Upon entering our room, my companion noticed a strong "musty" smell. She was not willing to attempt to sleep in the room which had undertones of mold. We were given the key to another room to explore. That room didn't have a musty/moldy smell. As we entered the room, however, I smushed an ant. I didn't think anything of it. By morning,……

The room itself was pristine! Beautiful, so spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing night! Would 100% recommend the Grasshopper Inn to anyone coming to Maine! Loved our stay!”
