"The room was very clean; the TV worked very well with channels I liked. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Was quite for the most part. Ice/soda/coffee machines were easily accessible. Coffee in the AM was excellent! "

Historic buildings in the area and the Sugar Marsh Cottage Specialty Confections were within easy walking distance. Also another very good restaurant was in walking distance. Georgia Tidewater Outfitters two hour boat tour is worth taking."

"We so enjoyed our stay at the Harris Neck Cabin. We were traveling with my sister and her husband and they had one side of the duplex and we had the other. The Wildlife Preserve was amazing and basically right across the street. Spending time there was a chance to refresh and renew. The location was also close enough to family in the area that we had no problem getting there either. Beautiful area!"

"We rent vacation homes frequently and this was one of the best. The home is beautiful and very comfortable for our group. 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 4 on the upper level, all with ensuite baths and access to a balcony. The house was spotless and the kitchen was amazingly well appointed! During our 2 week stay we made many big meals and had everything we needed for great cuisine. We enjoyed using the kayaks, although it should be noted that the house is not on a deep tidal creek, so we had to pay close attention to the tides! The house is located on a tiny dirt road about an hour from Savannah, and in the other direction, Jekyll Island, and Cumberland Island National Seashore. We had great fun exploring the whole Golden Isle Coast during the day, and in the evening we had cocktails on the porch overlooking the peaceful salt marsh. We would definitely recommend this lovely home!"

"We were greatly impressed! A wonderful accomadation, so close to the refuge that we were visiting. Our only problem--we couldn't get the toaster part of the toaster oven to work. we finally figured out how to use the broil part to broil our bread into toast. "
