“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had responsive feedback from the host. The appliances and decor are modern, but the atmosphere feels like old time peacefulness and serenity. Passenger trains, eagles, fishermen, trout, pine trees, mountain sides, and crisp mountain air all present and accounted for!”

“The house met all my needs. Rooms were clean. Furniture is comfortable TV worked. Kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking, and there were even some extra supplies of all sorts there. A few nights it was cold, but the gas stove gave heat to the room. It was very quiet and private. The cost is reasonable. If I am in Nederland again, I will stay there. There are some nice restaurants and shops and a good grocery store. Peak the peak Highway goes right through there. Boulder is 30……

“This house is adorable and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, creek/reservoir trails. It is also very close to some other great hiking options. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Nederland!”

“Very nice home in an excellent location. Stayed there for CU Boulder Graduation weekend. Well equipped and nice looking kitchen. Short walk to both campus and Pearl Street Mall. Excellent communication by the host with easy instructions. Would definitely stay at this property again. ”

“This was a great one bedroom cabin, located close to downtown Ned. The cabin was spotless, the photos on line are an accurate description. This process to get into the cabin, was excellent, as was the communication from the host. The cabin was well stocked with dishes , pans blankets --- The bed was comfortable; the host provided check in/out information as well as directions.”

“Great place for a weekend getaway. We stayed with a group of four for a golf trip and had a blast exploring the surrounding areas and visiting the Black Hawk casinos, which was only a 8 minute drive. The place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was the perfect size for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked, though I’d recommend bringing your own coffee and pods. Having the hot tub was a huge bonus. The views of the mountains were amazing. The host had great communication……

“Absolutely enjoyed our week long stay at gorgeous Peaceful Mountain Chalet! Everything you need is provided. The home is perfectly clean and so comfortable. The views are like a dream! The location is so peaceful and is just a short drive to Blackhawk casinos and Golden Canyon State Park. The host provides great communication. Highly recommend this chalet and host. “This condo is perfect for a small family, location could not be better. It's a smaller complex and it is quiet and feels private. Parking is easy, walkable to all shops/restaurants and CU Boulder. The condo was clean, owner's communication was easy and reliable. Beds comfortable. The lights, toilet and blinds are all on a "smart" system which can take a bit to figure out--but any issues and you context or email the host!”
