"The rooms were nice and the hotel itself was nice. The only issue is was with my friend's room. When it rained, it leaked really badly in their room and we had to call twice for someone to come and address the problem. Other than this incident, the time was pleasant and the bar, pool and shop areas ..."

"The hotel staff were amazing. Room and hotel was clean. I’m only dissatisfied with what I booked vs what I received. I reserved an ocean view room with 2 queen size beds, I had 2 full size beds & the shower was very hard to open. You needed force behind it."
