This spectacular 4 bedroom 4 bathroom home is the perfect place for your vacation! Whether you are here exploring the hundreds of trails and activities in the summer or taking to the slopes in the winter this home will provide you with everything you need in lodging. The huge wraparound deck gives you amazing views in all directions. After your day in the mountains come back and soak in the new hot tub with a glass of wine or your favorite warm beverage. This home has 2 master bedrooms each with a king bed and in suite bathrooms. The entry to the home gives you plenty of room to keep your shoes, coats, back packs and other gear. In the summer there is a nice lawn area to play yard games and hang with your family or friends. This home has Apple TV in the living room and the downstairs master has an HDMI cable that you can hook up to your computer. This home does allow one well behaved dog with our below pet fees and signed pet agreement. Please note that during the winter season the grill is kept down by the garage to allow for good clearing of snow off of the deck.

PARKING: The driveway allows parking for three vehicles. Guests do not have access to the garage.
*First Tracks is a free shuttle service that will transport you to and from the base area during the winter and summer months. All of the information you need is located in the property binder once you arrive.

**This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows. We allow one well behaved dog in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $15 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**
**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**
