Escape to the beauty of Crested Butte at this lovely mountain condo. Featuring a well-equipped kitchenette, open seating area, and a desk, this studio has plenty of room for up to four guests. When you're not hopping on the nearby ski left, take advantage of the shared hot tub, indoor/outdoor pool, fitness room, and soothing sauna.

WHAT’S NEARBY
With superb skiing and snowboarding, beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails, and all the incredible rivers and creeks available for rafting and swimming, Crested Butte is truly something special. It may be a small ski town, but it has everything you need to enjoy your vacation including a few wonderful restaurants, bars, spas, and shops.

This is managed separately from the Grand Lodge and guests will need to contact Vacasa about everything from requesting additional supplies to additional housekeeping.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, cozy lodge. The room was very basic, which we expected. But the closet was overflowing with stuff and partially broken. We also had trouble getting towels. That eventually sorted itself out but you were only allowed 1 towel per person and there was a hot tub. The lodge graciously provided us extra towels after we asked a few times. Hot tub and pool was nice but very crowded. It was great for a few nights stay w/ our family - price was good but definitly no "frills" lodging.

Not thrilled with the management of this property
I arrived for check-in at 4pm as requested, and found that the unit had not been cleaned. The linens / towels were clearly used / dirty and strewn about. It took 2+ hours to get in touch with Vacasa's property manager (via their helpdesk), who eventually asked that I find another place to stay for 2 nights so that the room could actually be cleaned. I was refunded for those nights and for the cleaning fee, but the refund did not cover the cost of the last-minute lodging. When I finally did get into the unit, I found it generally lacking in various areas. The shower curtain was a filthy piece of plastic, the table was damaged (the top and bottom poorly connected and missing screws), and the HVAC temperature sensor was unable to reduce its temperature reading while in operation. So the system needed to be reset every few hours so that it could get an accurate temperature reading and heat the unit. It was also missing basic consumables like dishwasher detergent. Aside from all of the above, the unit was as expected. An unimpressive showing overall, and I would recommend staying elsewhere if possible.
