As a private residential property, we maintain a peaceful and quiet environment for all of our guests and neighbors. Our home comfortably sleeps 23 guests, with a total gathering capacity of 40 people on site at any time. We ask that all guests respect our community's residential nature. This unique, remarkable home is set on 35 tranquil acres on Gibson’s Ridge, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The primary home consists of six bedrooms, seven and a half baths, thirteen rooms in total, and is a short walk to the historic town of Crested Butte.
The home abounds with warmth, quality, and distinction. You’ll find an extraordinary, lofty great room with ample windows, breathtaking views, and a two-story natural rock fireplace. The great room seamlessly flows into the dining area, which opens to a large stone terrace with a built-in fire pit, outdoor dining space, landscaped gardens, and a hot tub. The full-featured kitchen with high-end Thermador appliances and reclaimed antique hewn beams is perfect for preparing group meals.
The main level also includes a game room with a pool table, full bar, and a home theater with a Sonus Fabre sound system. Beyond this, there is a second master bedroom with a private entrance, a queen-sized Murphy bed, jacuzzi tub, and rain shower. Guests can also enjoy the exercise room, a steam room, a boot room, and a locker room with four custom-built spaces to organize gear.
On the upper level, there are five en-suite bedrooms, including a spacious 740 sq. ft. master suite with a sitting area, office, natural rock fireplace, and deck. Kids or adults will enjoy the massive five-bed bunk room with an adjoining deck.
A recently completed 1,300 sq. ft. two-bedroom condo is available for your stay. Located just 50 feet from the main house, it features a full kitchen, steam room, two bathrooms, and a massive private balcony with incredible views.
No expense was spared on the high-end sound system throughout the property. You’ll find multiple outdoor speakers and subwoofers surrounding the rustic outdoor fire pit, alfresco dining space, back patio, and hot tub. The multi-purpose space is a highlight, offering a state-of-the-art sound system and a laser lighting system for an elevated evening. This versatile room can also be used as a yoga room, a playroom, or an additional dining space.
The on-site pond, healthy with bass, can be used for catch-and-release fly fishing or stand-up paddle boarding. Neighboring access to the Green Lake trail connects you to the largest single-track system in the U.S.
The home has been called "the Ashram"—restorative and peaceful, yet with an atmosphere that can be enjoyed to the fullest.

We are year-round residents and have a full-time property manager available for any property-related needs or issues during your stay.
We include all the basics for a seamless stay. You’ll find a full spice rack, cookware, high-end Aesop products in every bathroom, and a bevy of instruments for those musically inclined. If you find anything that is missing, please let us know, and we will do our best to get it for you quickly.
